Here is a picture of my dear friend and I in Southampton on our way to a gig that I won tickets for from a local radio station, we went to see The Hoosiers, The Twang and Travis at Southampton Guildhall on July 2nd 2007 - we were wetting ourselves laughing at this girl we had just passed in the car who had her HUGE pasty white belly hanging out, and took a picture to mark the occasion - I'm not sure if this was taken on my phone or hers....anyway.......Today, it is her 24th birthday - I wanted to post a picture of her and wish her a wonderful birthday!
We are going out tonight to an Italian restaurant near to where I work in Southsea called Sopranos with some friends - we went their with her parents when we found out that the Amy Winehouse concert we were supposed to be going to was cancelled (but that is another story for another time) and we booked the table for her birthday there and then!
It's a shame that two of our friends can't make it - one, quite rightly can't as it's his Dad's 50th and he has family commitments, but the other just DITCHED her - saying that he had overbooked!! I mean HELLO!? he'd known about it in good time, why couldn't he have just said "yeah, I'll be there" and changed the other plans that had been made?! seems a bit off to me really!
But anyway to my superbeautifulmonster have a bloody brilliant day! and welcome to the old age club, where members are on the road to 25 *scary* don't forget your beige cardigan and slippers....and you have to blue rinse your hair now my lovely!
I will get some pictures taken tonight and post them Monday - as I can't get online over the weekend *lame*
